Rinse and core the apples. Then rinse and cut the celery stalk, peel the lemon, eliminating the white part. Put the apple and celery pieces in the juice extractor. Add some ginger and the peeled lemon.
Turn on the appliance. Collect the fresh juice in a jug or in the container provided with the appliance. Pour the fresh juice in glasses.
